Grace House began with as a single sober house in Millersville, MD in 2014 when Trisha and George decided to combine households and found themselves with an extra house. When the Palanuiks first took over the building at 3855 Granada Avenue last year, their initial plan was to use it as an office for Kyle’s day job. After renovating the space and putting Paige’s interior design skills into play, they and two friends, Jim Sakrison and Anthony Cafiso, transformed it into a stunning event space.
